US Project Funding is a Commercial Financial Consulting Services Business. It is owned and operated by Paradise Bridge Development Corp. and is incorporated in the laws of the State of Georgia.
As consultants, we specialize in the use of “private” funding exclusively in the Large Project development sector.
We define large projects as the new construction of major projects with funding needs from $50 Million to $3 Billion.
We utilize strategic alliances with private funding sources to secure financing for our clients. These unique alliances allow us to structure and to secure funding for our clients outside of the normal bank lending guidelines.Our alliances permit us to offer unique financing products that aren’t available in the general market like:

Durante’ Parks- Founder And CFO
Durante Parks is a native Atlantan and attended Georgia State University where he majored in Business Management and minored in Information Systems. Durante had been an active commercial property investor for over 30 years and and is known for his transaction structuring abilities.
With over $500M in transactions behind him, in 2016, Durante elected to move from the investing market to the financing markets as a commercial financier and consultant.
In 2017, Durante used his financing resources to develop several strategic alliances for creating custom financing programs in the “Large Project Markets”. Today, Project Funding functions as a commercial financing and consulting service focused exclusively on private financing for the “Large Project Market”.
Bryan Glover – VP West Coast Operations
Bryan joined US Project Funding as Senior Vice President in charge of west coast operations, Sacramento office. With more than 20 years of experience, he has earned a reputation for professional excellence and leadership in the commercial real estate industry, and he has extensive real estate finance and acquisition experience as an active investor of almost 20 years.
Since joining Project Funding with an emphasis on “Large Project Markets”, Bryan’s focus has been on implementing debt and equity transactions for various asset types. Primarily the development of projects $100M and above.
Prior to Project Funding, Bryan worked at a small boutique capital investment firm as a consultant and financier. Bryan also for more than 15 years worked for a Fortune 500 Engineering consulting firm.
